* A "referral" is defined as a new customer who has not previously made a purchase from the company.

* The referred friend must mention the referring member's name and phone number at the time of purchase.

* Both the referring member and the new member shall receive the designated rewards upon confirmation of their eligibility. The number of referrals will be counted on the last day of each month.

* Rewards will be processed and available for redemption within 10 working days from the date of eligibility confirmation.

* All bonus points earned shall expire at the end of the next calendar year.

* Voucher can be used on regular-priced items only and is valid for 60 days.

* Referee can enjoy his/her first-time one-off 15% off on regular-priced items only (excluding accessories and tools).
