DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
ARTĒ Madrid ships to many cities in the world. Please allow 1 to 4 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment.
*Please note that during promotional offers and public holidays, the dispatch process may take longer than usual.
*Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East countries, please anticipate significant delays for orders shipping to or through this region. In some cases, tracking information may not update regularly, or deliveries may be temporarily suspended until it is resumed on operations.

ARTĒ Madrid will endeavour to fulfill the purchased orders in this site but shall not be liable to any person if ARTĒ Madrid declines to or is unable to fulfill an order for whatever reasons. Under such circumstances, your order will be cancelled and the payments will be refunded.

United States, European countries, Malaysia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Taiwan: All import taxes and duties are included in the product price — no additional charges upon delivery.
Other international destinations: There may be duties, taxes and custom fees incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that ARTĒ Madrid does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
