Terms and Conditions for Membership Registration & Ice Cream Cart Campaign

1. Eligibility and Campaign Period

• This campaign runs exclusively during the operational hours of ARTĒ Madrid Ice Cream Cart event in Hong Kong.

• The event may conclude earlier than the stated times at the absolute discretion of ARTĒ Madrid.

• Participants must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration.

• Each eligible participant can register only once using their unique personal details.

2. Registration and Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

• Participants must provide valid accurate data including full name, gender, email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number.

• ARTĒ Madrid collects this data to process membership registration and verify campaign eligibility.

• By submitting the form, participants consent to receive future marketing communications and promotional updates from ARTĒ Madrid.

• All personal data is handled strictly in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

• Participants retain the right to opt-out of marketing communications or request data correction at any time.

3. Reward Redemption

• Every successfully registered new member is entitled to receive a 2-scoop ice cream.

• Registered members who present a valid Hang Lung Malls hello membership profile via the mobile application are entitled to receive up to two complimentary toppings. (for Fashion Walk only)

• The reward must be redeemed immediately at the designated event kiosk on the day of registration.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.

• The ice cream reward is subject to daily availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

• ARTĒ Madrid is not responsible for food allergies or dietary restrictions related to the consumed reward.

4. Disqualification and Liability

• ARTĒ Madrid reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false, incomplete, or duplicate information.

• Use of automated systems or multiple fraudulent identities to register will result in immediate disqualification.

• ARTĒ Madrid reserves the final right to amend, suspend, or terminate this event and its terms without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of ARTĒ Madrid shall be final.
