may be duties, taxes and custom fees incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that ARTĒ Madrid does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by
country. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

ARTĒ Madrid accepts returns within 15 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the following:

- Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).

- Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the ARTĒ Madrid box provided.
