ARTĒ Member Club Program Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
The ARTĒ Member Club Program is applicable to all physical stores in Hong Kong only.

2. Member Discounts
Regular member discounts are available for regular-priced products only, excepting fixed-priced products, accessories and tools.

- Ruby Red: 10% off

- Platinum Gem: 15% off

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts (unless otherwise stated by ARTĒ).

3. Membership Eligibility & Spending Calculation
Membership is non-transferable. Spend and accumulated amounts are calculated based on the net sales value of purchased products.

4. Welcome Gift
Members are entitled to a one-time welcome gift upon registration, subject to availability. A welcome gift is also provided upon the member’s first purchase. All gifts are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

5. Membership Upgrade and Downgrade
Emerald Green and Ruby Red members may upgrade to the next tier upon meeting the required target spend and minimum accumulated amount within 12 months from the first day they attained the relevant membership status. If the required target spend and minimum accumulated amount are not met within 12 months, Ruby Red and Platinum Gem members may be downgraded to the applicable lower tier as determined by ARTĒ.

6. Birthday Offer  
Members are entitled to a one-time birthday offer during their birthday month. The birthday offer is Buy 1 Get 1 Free when purchasing two products whether both items are regular-priced or discounted in a single transaction, with the lower-priced item provided free. Members must present valid identification to redeem the offer. All items purchased during the birthday month are non-exchangeable except in the event of quality issues, and are non-refundable. The birthday offer cannot be used together with other promotional offers, discounts, or cash coupons.

7. Birthday Gift
Ruby Red and Platinum Gem members are entitled to a one-time birthday gift during their birthday month. The colour of the gift is assigned at random. Gifts are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Members must present valid identification to receive the gift.

8. Product Previews, Events and Updates
New product and limited product previews, as well as member-exclusive events, may be arranged from time to time. Details will be provided through ARTĒ’s member communications.

9. Membership Validity Period
Emerald Green membership is valid permanently. Ruby Red and Platinum Gem memberships are valid for one year based on the first day they attained the relevant membership status.

10. Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, ARTĒ Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
