1. Eligibility and Campaign Period

• This campaign runs exclusively for Man Yee Club Members from 1st November 2026 to 30th November 2026. 

•  Participants must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration.

• Each eligible participant can register only once using their unique personal
details. 

2. Registration and Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

• Participants must provide valid accurate data including full name, gender, email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number. 

• ARTĒ Madrid collects this data to process membership registration and verify campaign eligibility.

• By submitting the form, participants consent to receive future marketing communications and promotional updates from ARTĒ Madrid.

• All personal data is handled strictly in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

• Participants retain the right to opt-out of marketing communications or request data correction at any time.

3. Reward Redemption

• Every successfully registered new member is entitled to receive a welcome gift.

• The reward must be redeemed at the ARTĒ Madrid Man Yee Arcade Shop only on or before 30th November 2026.

• Participants must present the membership confirmation email upon gift redemption.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.

• The welcome gift is subject to daily availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

4. Disqualification and Liability

• ARTĒ Madrid reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false, incomplete, or duplicate information.

• Use of automated systems or multiple fraudulent identities to register will result in immediate disqualification.

• ARTĒ Madrid reserves the final right to amend, suspend, or terminate this event and its terms without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of ARTĒ Madrid shall be final.
